Chargebacks
A chargeback is a payment dispute initiated by a customer through their bank or card issuer. Because asseto3d sells digital goods that are delivered immediately upon order completion and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, chargebacks are treated as follows.
Before filing a chargeback, you must first contact us at info@asseto3d.com and allow us up to seven (7) business days to resolve the issue. Most disputes can be resolved directly and faster than through the chargeback process.
Dispute timeframe. Any chargeback must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Disputes filed outside this period may be rejected by the acquiring bank.
Unjustified chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with us or is determined to be unjustified (for example, the digital product was successfully delivered and downloaded), we reserve the right to (a) provide the acquirer with evidence of digital fulfillment, including download logs, IP address and timestamps, (b) permanently suspend the associated user account, and (c) recover any fees, costs or damages incurred as a result, including a chargeback handling fee of up to EUR 25 per incident, in accordance with applicable law.
Fraudulent chargebacks. Filing a chargeback with intent to defraud (so-called “friendly fraud”) may be reported to the card network, the issuing bank and, where appropriate, law-enforcement authorities.
Prices and Currencies
All prices displayed on asseto3d.com are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated at the point of sale. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by applicable EU or UK law.
If your payment card is issued in a currency other than EUR, the final amount debited will be converted by your card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate and may be subject to a foreign-currency conversion fee charged by your bank. asseto3d does not control, set or benefit from these exchange rates or fees.
The final price payable for each order, including any currency conversion disclosed at checkout, will be presented to you before you confirm your purchase. By completing the purchase, you accept the price shown at that moment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed.
Restricted and Sanctioned Jurisdictions
asseto3d is operated from the United Kingdom by SOTUS TELECOM LTD and complies with all applicable UK, EU and US trade and financial sanctions regimes, including but not limited to those administered by OFSI (UK), the European Union, and OFAC (US Department of the Treasury).
Our products and services are not available, and may not be accessed, purchased, downloaded or used, by any person located in, ordinarily resident in, or incorporated under the laws of the following jurisdictions:
- The Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine;
- Cuba;
- Iran;
- North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea);
- Russia;
- Syria;
- Belarus;
- Any other country or region subject to comprehensive UK, EU or US sanctions from time to time.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any of the above territories, and that you are not listed on, or acting on behalf of any person listed on, any applicable sanctions list (including HM Treasury’s Consolidated List, the EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List and the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list). If we determine that you are in breach of this section, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account and refuse or reverse any transaction.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on Asseto3D, you agree to contact our support team at info@asseto3d.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your card issuer. Most issues — failed downloads, billing errors, duplicate charges — can be resolved within 24-48 hours through our support channel.
SOTUS TELECOM LIMITED reserves the right to challenge invalid chargebacks with the following evidence: order confirmation timestamp, IP address used at checkout, download logs proving access to the digital file, and email correspondence. Repeat or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, banning, and reporting to acquirer fraud-prevention databases.

Prices and Currencies
All prices on Asseto3D are displayed in EUR (the default settlement currency) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where a currency switcher is available on the storefront, alternative currencies are shown as a convenience for customers; the actual transaction is processed in EUR and your card issuer may apply currency-conversion fees on your statement.
Prices may be updated without notice. The price displayed at the moment you confirm checkout is binding for that order; we do not retroactively price-match earlier or later quotes. Promotional discounts and coupons are applied only when entered before final order submission.
Where applicable, indirect taxes (VAT in the United Kingdom and European Union, sales tax in jurisdictions where we are registered) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address. Tax-inclusive vs tax-exclusive display is governed by your billing country.
SOTUS TELECOM LIMITED is not responsible for additional fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, or local payment regulator beyond the transaction amount confirmed at checkout.
Sanctioned Jurisdictions and Restricted Persons
By using Asseto3D, you confirm that you are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Service from any of the following countries or regions, in line with United Kingdom (HM Treasury), European Union (Common Foreign and Security Policy), and United States (OFAC) sanctions regulations:
- Cuba
- Iran (Islamic Republic of)
- North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, DPRK)
- Syria
- Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine
- Any other country or region currently designated by HM Treasury, the EU, or OFAC as a comprehensively sanctioned territory.
You also confirm that you are not on any government list of sanctioned individuals or entities, including the UK Consolidated List, the EU Consolidated List, the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, or any equivalent sanctions list. SOTUS TELECOM LIMITED reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order found to violate these sanctions, and to report such activity to relevant national authorities.
