At asseto3d, we strive to provide a seamless experience when purchasing our 3D models and digital assets. This Refund and Return Policy outlines how our digital products are made available and under what conditions refunds may be issued. By purchasing from our website (https://asseto3d.com), you agree to the terms described below.
Access to Digital Products
All products sold on asseto3d are digital 3D model files (including formats such as FBX, OBJ, BLEND, and others as specified per product). Upon successful payment, the products are made available for download immediately or within a few minutes. No physical goods are sent — the service is digital-only.
Instant Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link to access the purchased content. You can also access the download link directly through your account on our website.
Download Limitations: You may download the purchased content up to the number of times specified in your purchase agreement. If you encounter any issues accessing the files, please contact our support team at info@asseto3d.com.
Download Issues
If you experience any issues downloading your purchased files, we recommend the following steps:
– Check your internet connection and ensure that you have enough storage space on your device.
– Try using a different browser or device to download the content.
– If the problem persists, please contact our support team at info@asseto3d.com with your order number, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are generally not offered after the files have been downloaded. However, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances:
File Corruption or Errors: If the digital file you purchased is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide you with a working replacement, you may be eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, you may be eligible for a refund for the duplicate charge.
Unauthorized Charges: If you believe that your account was charged without your authorization, please contact us immediately. After reviewing the transaction, we may issue a refund if the charge is deemed unauthorized.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@asseto3d.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.
Evaluation: Our team will review your case and determine whether you qualify for a refund based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
Response Time: We aim to respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after making a purchase or if you no longer need the product.
Downloaded Content: Once the digital files have been successfully downloaded, the purchase is considered final, and refunds will not be issued unless the content falls under one of the eligible conditions outlined above.
Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure that the 3D model is compatible with your software and pipeline. We encourage you to review the product description, supported formats, and technical specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the download link has been provided. If you encounter any issues with the content, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to resolve them.

Chargebacks
If you believe that a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us at info@asseto3d.com first. In most cases we can resolve the issue directly within a few business days without the need for you to involve your card issuer.
Filing a chargeback with your bank should only be used as a last resort. Before initiating a chargeback, you must give asseto3d a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund in accordance with the sections above.
Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately after purchase, we retain download and access logs that allow us to demonstrate access to and use of the product. Where a chargeback is filed without prior contact and the product was successfully delivered and downloaded, we will submit this evidence to the acquirer to dispute the chargeback and reserve the right to suspend the associated account and recover any related costs and fees in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Use.
Please note: disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Disputes filed after this period may be rejected by your card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer, we ask that you first contact us at info@asseto3d.com so we can resolve your concern directly. Chargebacks are reserved for fraudulent transactions you did not authorize. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that:
- You have read and accepted this Refund and Return Policy and our Terms of Use.
- Digital products are delivered electronically and access cannot be revoked once downloaded.
- Disputes filed without first contacting us, or filed for buyer’s remorse, may be challenged with evidence of digital fulfillment (download logs, IP address, timestamps).
- If a chargeback is found to be invalid, we reserve the right to suspend your account, restrict future purchases, and reverse access to any downloaded content.
SOTUS TELECOM LIMITED retains the right to provide the acquirer with full evidence of digital fulfillment for any disputed transaction.
